A Little About PR Accountancy . . .

Recently established, PR Accountancy aims to position itself within the new era of Accountancy driven by technological advancements and HMRC’s ambition to transform traditional paper based systems to the most digitally advanced tax platform in the world. Our mission is to ensure that our clients are fully prepared and readily equipped to comply with each phase of HMRC’s Making Tax Digital (MTD) programme.


Long gone are the days of tedious, time consuming manual data entry, which only reduces efficiency and significantly increases costs for clients. Our aim is to make life easier for our clients with accurate 'real- time' info, advice and recommendations in order to make those critical business decisions effectively, whilst giving you the freedom to concentrate on what you do best!


Of course, we still ensure all statutory and legal requirements are completed to deadlines (the boring stuff!) and tax efficiencies are maximised. We’ll make sure you stay in HMRC’s good books whilst never paying a penny more than you need to. A Little About The Directors . . .


We are Chartered Certified Accountants with 20 years combined experience in the accounting and finance sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the business from our similar careers to date. Having both worked for reputable Accountancy Practices across South Wales for many years, we rapidly progressed from Trainee Accountant to Client Manager positions. During this period, we both reached qualification status with the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and developed a broad skillset across accounts preparation, audit & taxation, both managing client portfolios consisting of Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies, PLCs and Charities across a diverse range of sectors.



Seeking new challenges and experience, we both held senior finance positions 'in-house' for several years playing pivotal roles in finance departments of owner managed businesses and global corporations. In these roles, our key responsibilities consisted of monthly management reporting, cashflow analysis and working capital management, guiding our respective companies through the uncertain times faced during the global pandemic. Both roles were heavily focused around internal controls, process enhancement and implementation of standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies across the businesses and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies.



Our combined experience in the accounting and finance sector has enabled us to pursue our ambition of setting up our own accounting practice, PR Accountancy. We understand the financial and operational challenges continuously faced by businesses and have a real passion to build lasting relationships by working closely with clients, in order to make a real difference to their businesses.
